A: Absolutely! We’ll assess everything at the start of the day and prioritise the most important fixes to make the biggest impact in the time available. While we can’t guarantee we’ll get through absolutely everything if your setup is in a real state, we’ll focus on sorting the biggest pain points, training your staff, and giving you a clear plan to tackle anything left over.

A: Nope! We focus on making the most of what you’ve already got. If we spot low-cost fixes that would help, we’ll recommend them – but there’s no sales pitch.

A: Ideally, any staff members who are involved in assemblies, productions, or events should be there. If you have students who help with tech (e.g., drama club, AV team), they’re welcome too!

A: We’re always happy to offer follow-up support! If you need further training, servicing, or advice on upgrades, just get in touch.

A: We can help with most school theatre tech setups, including:

A: Not much! But to make the most of the day, we recommend:

• Having key staff available to meet with us in the morning and attend training in the afternoon.
• Making sure we can access all the equipment – if anything is locked away, it’s useful to have keys ready.
• Sending us a quick list of known issues in advance (if possible) so we can prepare.

A: Yes! If you think one day won’t be enough, we can arrange multiple sessions or follow-up visits to tackle more advanced needs. Just let us know when you book.

A: This session is focused on tidying up, troubleshooting, and training on existing equipment.
